Born in, South Africa,
Neel graduated from Potchefstroom University with a Honors Degree in Communication. He mastered in Audio Visual. Apon graduation he moved to the United States where he worked for several years as a camera operator and video editor. This was followed with a 5 year stint in London, working as a young director of photography. Currently he is based in Paris, where he specialises in car, lifestyle, food and luxe.
